Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and every distance contract and order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions must be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated prior to the conclusion of the distance contract that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the trader's premises and will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the consumer's request.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, if the distance contract is concluded by electronic means, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically before the conclusion of the distance contract in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it shall be done subsequently.
When concluding the distance contract, it must be stated where the general terms and conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge at the consumer's request.
If product or service-specific conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply mutatis mutandis and the consumer may always invoke the applicable provision that is more favorable to him in case of conflict with the general terms and conditions.
If at any time one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions prove to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the contract and these General Terms and Conditions will remain in force and the provision in question will be replaced immediately by mutual agreement with a provision that comes closest to its original purpose.
Matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be "in accordance with the spirit" of these General Terms and Conditions.
Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted "in accordance with the spirit" of these General Terms and Conditions.

The tender must contain a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description must be sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to assess the offer correctly. If the trader uses images, these must accurately reflect the products and/or services offered. Obvious or incorrect errors in the offer do not bind the trader.
All images, specifications and data in the offer are not binding and cannot serve as a basis for compensation or cancellation of the contract.
Product images are a faithful representation of the products offered. The supplier cannot guarantee that the colors shown correspond exactly to the actual colors of the products.
Each offer contains sufficient information to enable the consumer to clearly understand the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer. This includes in particular
the price, excluding declaration costs and import VAT. These additional costs are at the expense and risk of the customer. The postal and/or courier company applies separate rules for postal and courier services in connection with import. These rules apply when the goods are
