1) Conditions for refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases

2. No refunds :

3. Exchange to a different size
If the customer has chosen an incorrect size during the purchase, it is possible to request a different size, but only up to 12 hours after the purchase before the package is shipped. After that it is no longer possible.
IMPORTANT: The items are available in different sizes depending on the brand, so it is possible that a larger size than the one ordered online will be delivered to our store.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size after delivery, please follow the instructions below:
a. Returning the product: You must return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, otherwise no refund will be possible. 4 Refund procedure
Once we have received and inspected the returned product and confirmed that it falls within our refund policy, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
